For sale, rent, etc

A friend of mine is looking to rent a room in an already occupied rental or rent a place for occupancy with one or more tenants. Are there any units available for rent effective May 1. If you'd like to chat further, feel free to contact me at jahyman@comcast.net or my # is 703-553-0966.
I'm looking to RENT a 3br unit anywhere in the complex, but I never see any listings online in my searches.
Is there a bulletin board or other way owners advertise? It seems like its difficult for owners in the complex to connect with potential renters - any help would be appreciated.
My husband and I live at the 1401 So. Joyce apartment building and our lease ends in May. We like the area, and the Southampton condos in particular, and wondered if anyone is interested in renting theirs to us.
